How to make Mint Raita Dip

This is a nice summery dip for a light snack or with curry and pappadums for dinner.

(This has been a winner at Moondew Playgroup this week!)

Ingredients:
2 cups plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 quarter of a cucumber, finely diced
1 tablespoon honey

Method:
Mix it all together in one bowl. Refrigerate for one hour.

Serve with pappadums or water crackers or carrot/celery sticks.

Enjoy!
