I'm in the process of making Ned a little felted birthday circle colour wheel. It has 7 pockets on it, one for each year until he turns 7 and I will needlefelt his favourite 'motif' of the year onto it. The first pocket will have an African animal (one of the ones from his 1st birthday cake) and the second one will be a ***drum roll*** a fire truck! What a surprise!
It looks pretty cute so far, but I have a lot more work to do so better get to it. Will pop a pic up in the next day or two.
Tomorrow's post is "how to make a turtle toy". Very cute, and you can use the template idea for the shell for the base of dress up hats. Quite versatile really!
