SWEET RECIPES yummy, delicious treats for all

Why not try making one of these scrumptious indulgences?
Easy, but super delicious.
Enjoy your sweet baking fun!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake- sounds yuk, but one of the best textures I have ever eaten in a cake. Drizzle with fresh cream for extra points!

Delicious Carob Tahini Rice Puff Balls- you can't stop at one. Warning: Get these out of the house as soon as possible after making. Dangerous to the waistline if left in the fridge for any length of time without supervision.

Scrumptious Banoffee Toffee Pie!  My signature dish.

Berry and Apple Tray Bake - berries begin to ooze out when you cut it!

Apple and Date Slice  A favourite of my Moondew's mamas.

Fruit Yogurt Popsicles

Spring Blossom Cake and a lovely story to go with it.

Sam's delicious Apple Crumble  A regular winter treat around these parts!

Sugar Hearts
To make 5 hearts, take 100 gram of caster sugar, 6 drops of red food colouring (beetroot might work too, or try cochineal natural food colouring) and 1/2 egg white.  Mix until the sugar sticks together. (You may need a little more eggwhite- experiment). Press mixture into a heart shaped cookie cutter and press out gently onto a sheet of baking paper, laid out on a flat surface.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes to help them harden.  A lovely decoration or sweet treat for a loved one!
