I love Valentine's Day. Many years ago, I held a Valentine's Day party for a bunch of my girlfriends. It was a night to help us all remember to love our husbands or partners, our friends and our family members, but also ourselves. It was such a divine thing to share stories of love, not just romantic love, but things we have done for love for our nearest and dearest.
I remember Valentine's Day when I was single, and it was always a day to skip over. Until the day I decided to share the love around. Valentine's Day doesn't just have to be limited to loved up couples. Nope. I delighted in celebrating Valentine's with my kindergarten children. We always made love-themed food and crafts and sang love-themed songs and played "I wrote a letter". Why not share the love around too?
